CFH-HAC-A. Theodore Augustus MALTBY, b. Mar. 19, 1847, New Haven, Ct. (George W.6, Augustus 5, Stephen 4, Benj.3, Dan.2, Wm.1). m. Apr. 30, 1872, Emma D. CLARK, dau. of Bryan Clark of New Haven. Entered the Civil War before he was 18; was stationed along the Potomac River as a sharpshooter. He was an unusually fine marksman. He was a merchant. Died about 1921. His wife d. 1932. She had crossed to Holland and Germany several times to visit her eldest daughter. (Photos. of both owned by the compiler.)
